Downtown Billings kicks off the holiday shopping season Friday night with the third annual Jingle & Mingle, the same night Rob Schneider brings his stand-up to the Alberta Bair Theater. Saturday belongs to Rocky Mountain College's football seniors, a library market with 52 local makers and a Million Dollar Quartet tribute, while Red Lodge and Glendive both raise the curtain on weekend-long stage shows.
